    A one of a kind evening is in store for you! While enjoying appetizers, you’ll travel back in time when their new documentary film “Then and Now” opens the evening with its time-capsule look at the long-haired youth that made up the band in the early ’70s. Then founding member Ray Benson and the current members of the Wheel take the stage to demonstrate why they’ve earned the nickname of “the official band of Texas.” As you head into dinner, you will have the opportunity to ask questions of Ray Benson and the band. After the concert and dessert, you will have the opportunity to meet the band. All of this in a newly renovated state of the art theater with only about 100 other people.

Weekend includes kick-off jam party, dinner with Bob Wills featuring the Jason Roberts Band & Texas Playboy Leon Rausch, Fiddle contest, the Time Jumpers featuring Vince Gill and a Saturday night dance featuring bobby Flores and the Yellow Rose Band.

    The Texan Theater, with endorsement from the Bob Wills Heritage Foundation, presents "Dinner with Bob Wills" featuring Jason Roberts Band and Leon Rausch - a unique and intimate evening of fine dining, music and "conversation" with the one and only Bob Wills. Your experience at the beautifully-restored Texan Theater includes a multi-course dinner prepared with some of Mr. Wills’ favorite foods plus a state-of-the-art program including the sights and sounds of the King of Western Swing. Seating for this special event is very limited!

    This program gives parents/caregivers the skills to prepare their children to become readers. We include age appropriate songs, finger plays, nursery rhymes, stories and fun activities designed especially for babies to 3 yr olds.

  2. Storytime

    October 22, 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM @ Library Meeting Room

    This program is for children and their parents/caregivers to enjoy together. There is a story and music time followed by a craft. Stories are selected for children ages 18m - 3 yrs, however all ages are welcome.
