Overview Patrol Operations is the largest and most visible of all the divisions in the Greenville Police Department. Patrol Operations is under the direction of the Assistant Chief of Police. Patrol Districts

Field Training Officers (FTO)
FTOs are managed by the Field Training Sergeant. There are seven patrol officers designated as FTOs in addition to their regular duties.

Result
Probationary officers who successfully complete the Field Training are assigned to Patrol Operations and begin serving the community.
